Scenario

You would like an additional layer of security to your backup software. You can achieve this with 2fa adding an extra method of authentication when accessing the obm

Prerequisites

You must have a version of obm installed at least with version 8.5.

You will also need access to an authenticator mobile app i.e. 

How-To

1) After logging into the obm go to the profile Icon in the top right 

2) Under profile select authentication and ensure the two-factor authentication toggle is set to on:

3) Click add, this will generate a QR code. You will need to scan this with the authenticator app which will generate a one time code to enter in the obm

4) Save the settings. Now when logging into the obm it will prompt for a one time code from your authenticator app every time
