You have the below error when opening the obm:

This error can occur if there is corruption in the user settings file. 


Ensure you have the encryption key for the backup sets linked to the account

1) stop the OBM Services
2) Find the settings.sys file here %USERPROFILE%\.obm\config\settings.sys  
3) Rename the file to BACKUP_settings.sys
4) Try logging in to the OBM again and restart the services

You will be prompted for the encryption key for both the backup sets linked to that account
