You need to install the obm but do not have the original install link sent out by vitanium when you placed the order or this is now out of date

Resolution

Installation packages for all platforms available to the obm/acb client can be found by logging in with customer credentials at portal.vsl-net.com/backup..

From there you will be in the web interface for Datahive. In the top right there will be a blue download icon. You will then see online/offline installers segregated by OS for the OBM and ACB. ACB can be access by changing the tabs at the top of the page.
