Issue
An error such as below or similar is appearing when trying to login to the OBM client
Resolution
This will normally be caused by a Dynamic Firewall/Proxy blocking the connection. A good test is to try the credentials at portal.vsl-net.com/backup.Please ensure you have whitelisted our IP ranges:
109.74.248.0/26 & 109.74.252.0/26
And try connecting again
