You wish to change the destination or add a secondary mailbox for receiving backup reports.


To add or replace a recipient for an accounts backup reports:

1) Login to the obm client with the customer's backup account credentials.

2) Click on the user icon next to the account name

3) Go to contacts on the left hand side

4) Click add to update the reports to a new e-mail address
