Issue

You have an error for "unable to access target repository. No cloud Gateways available No Cloud Gateways Are Available" on your veeam backups 

Cause

This is normally caused by connection to our cloud connect repository being blocked by onsite filtering

Resolution

Please confirm traffic has been whitelisted to *.backupserver.cloud on port 6180 from your veeam server. If the issue persists please raise a ticket with our support team via e-mailing support@vitanium.com to raise a ticket in our system
